The Rate Management is responsible for maintaining a database of accounts and controlling various items and rates for customers nationwide. The Rate Management Coordinator reports directly to the Manager of Customer Service Analytics but also takes direction from Strategic Accounts Install Desk, Strategic Accounts Projects Team, National and Regional Accounts team members, National Account Managers and Executives and Account Managers in the field.
+ Sets up Strategic Account item rate tables in Route Accounting System (RAS).
+ Customer ID Linking
+ Process additions and changes to item rate tables.
+ Processes annual price increases
+ Processes contract renewals
+ Processes miscellaneous item rate table projects.
+ Will update and provide Excel spreadsheets and confirmation emails to National/Regional Accounts.
+ Maintains files for all rate managed accounts.
+ Participates in audits of rate managed accounts.
+ Works with Strategic Accounts and servicing market centers in resolving billing issues for rate managed accounts.
+ Ad hoc reports and projects as assigned or requested
+ Three years customer service and data entry experience in a large corporate environment is required and preferred.
