Terms & Conditions

• The vouchers can be utilized only at selected Bata stores across Bangladesh.



• The Gift vouchers can be redeemed only once. Only one voucher can be used in a single invoice.



• Customers will present this voucher before purchase of the item.



• If the bill amount is less than the value of the Gift voucher, the balance amount will not be returned in cash.



• If the bill amount exceeds the value of the Gift voucher, the excess amount will have to be paid in cash.



• This Gift voucher cannot be redeemed in part value.



• This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque.



• Photocopies or duplicate vouchers will not be entertained. In the event of loss, the bearer of the voucher is responsible and no replacement will be given..



• No duplicate will be used if this voucher is lost or misplaced.



• The holder of this voucher is deemed to be the beneficiary.



• Bata Shoe Company (Bangladesh) Ltd. has the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, withdraw, change, alter or modify the terms and conditions of this voucher at its sole discretion at any time during its validity, with or without previous notifications and without assigning any reason.



• Any dispute should be referred to the company and the decision of the company will be final.



• This voucher has been issued subject to the terms of the company.



• All disputes arising out of or in connection with this scheme are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.



• This voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
